That's a terrible situation. I am VERY lucky here to have signed up at a local clinic years ago with a very good GP who happens to be an excellent diagnostician. And when J's doctor retired, although my GP wasn't taking any more patients, he took J. because he's my husband. We were also extremely lucky he did so, because it's almost impossible to find your own GP here now.

I sure hope that rather than getting worse so you HAVE to go to the doctor, you get better instead!

I want to live a relatively long and healthy life, but the thought of living forever does absolutely nothing for me, either. =>}
