Guh, this was fantastic. I've had this sitting in my to-read pile for months, and I'm kicking myself now for not getting to it sooner! Your plot's really well developed and it even spooked me a little, which is surprisingly uncommon among the SPN fic I've read.
I've always disliked Brady and the whole revelation that Sam had been followed by demons since he was young, but that dislike didn't colour my appreciation for this fic; in fact, this fic might convince me to accept Brady a little less grudgingly. To be honest, I quite liked what you did with him! He was so good at pretending he was normal so the others wouldn't be suspicious, with only the tiniest hints for us readers who are in the know ;-)
Another detail that stuck with me was Adrianne! The idea that someone from Sam's "normal" life is aware of the supernatural world and only a few degrees of separation away from hunters is a pretty interesting one. Sometimes the show seems to imply that the supernatural and mundane lifestyles only interact when "normal" people get in the way of a monster or ghost (though not always!), but this suggests more of a continuum. I dig it.
As for Jessica, well! She was great! Writing from her POV makes this story particularly interesting, and you've fleshed her out well. I find myself quite fond of Jess. Which leads to one more thing. I like the potential open-endedness of the story. Though it could clearly go back to the canon path, you chose to end the fic before there's any actual ceiling burning; I appreciate that.

Well done!
