New Puppy!!!

We have a new puppy! Her name is Simba and she's a terrier.

Awww... she looks like a Terrier-cross mutt I had years ago; I called him Mikki. BUT, I adopted a similar Terrier-cross mutt, (blonde), that I named Simba, just a few weeks after I got Mikki. They had about twelve years together; Mikki died of Lyme disease, but Simba lived to be sixteen.

Isn't she gorgeous? She's 8 weeks old and only just left her mother, so she's crying a lot just now. But the other dogs adore her already.

No, I guess I'm not... She's so sweet. Poppi loves that she's smaller...but I have a feeling Simba is going to get bigger than Poppi.

I'm not sure what Simba is. John says she's a Border Terrier but I think she's definitely a cross-breed.

I might. My camera's crappy so I tend to get frustrated with it after a while. I've got a couple of cute vids of her, though. I'm just uploading to youtube so I can post them.

I'm a cat person, too. But Sis is deathly allergic, so we have dogs instead.

If I ever get my own place, I'll have a cat and a great excuse not to have sis and her cigarettes over!

I don't know. She's probably a mix. John says she's a border terrier but I think he's only saying that because he found a cute sign with that on.
