Why is it that the last thousand words of a long fic are always the hardest to write?
But I did it! Revolution is just under 68,500 words (11 chapters) and the first draft is done! 🎉🥳🍾
Lots still to do, of course. The whole thing needs a re-edit and I know there’s one important thread I left dangling that I’ll need to tie up when I revise the earlier chapters, but considering how long it’s been since I wrote anything new, of this complexity, I’m gonna call this a win.
