I'm fairly sure it's available in the US.

Poppy is still struggling. Sis is trying to schedule her surgery for when she has some leave from work, so she can take care of her, but that means that while we wait, she's having trouble with that leg. She deals with it well - she's such a happy dog - but I hate to see her limping.
