I used to have that problem, and I still sometimes have to buy clothes from Pepperberry (Bravissimo's clothing line) because most stores don't cater to large bust, small waist, big hips. (I did just get two gorgeous dresses from Pepperberry, though. Expensive, but worth the investment, I think.)
