Great work. It has to take a rare sort of courage to lead and teach things that can be so very scary to people, and people are very frightened of things they don't understand.
And I have to tell you I am really glad to see you use the term "so-called christian" because a lot of those ill-informed people give the real Believers a really bad rep. Where is the Love of Christ in that kind of confrontational attitude? Their hearts may be in the right place and I say may because some people will use any excuse for agression, but a little knowledge can be a very dangerous thing. Some people need to shut up and study up before speaking up.
