This will only make sense if you're Mel, but...

I was right about the Latin:

In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti

Does the capitalisation signify anything beyond what it would in English? (So not my subject, even though I can translate it a little.)

My guess is that the capitals are because their proper nouns. (At least assuming my translation of 'In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit' is correct).

(Not that I've ever learnt Latin - basing my translation on years of singing in the language)
