It's actually a good episode (at least compared to most of this season). I never had a problem with 'dark' and story arcs suit me, but what I haven't enjoyed is what they've done to Sam and Dean. They started out as heroes; flawed, but still. Now it's like - if they're the good guys, the world was better off with the demons.
