Don't tell me Merry is going downhill now too.

Uh...well, Mistrial's Kiss was pretty much the low point. Was there a plot in that? If so, I couldn't find it.

But A Lick of Frost is great. Not up to the standard of the early Anita books, but far and away the best she's written in the last few years. It's got a plot and everything. The ending blew me away.

But now, of course, I'm scared she won't be able to follow it up.
