Just a quick comment ...

You know, I'm not a big fan of the torture-porn genre, but I've seen enough of it. And watching this ep, all I can think is Dean, you're doing it wrong.

I know, I know. They'd never get the real thing past the censors. But still. So doing it wrong.

It's a measure of Jensen's talent that he can make me feel for Dean in this ep. I mean, the character has become so unlikeable, I wouldn't have thought I'd give a damn...

Then again, I'd say it's a measure of how fucking clueless the writers are that they can actually write Dean is a righteous man with a straight face. Who are they fucking kidding? As much as I adore John, I have trouble accepting him with that label, but Dean? Dean's so very far from anything I can call righteous that I'm just...boggling at the concept.

Oh and one last thing - Go Sammy!

I miss Bela a lot. I wonder if she'd still be around had she been played by a hot blue eyed man named Misha Collins.

I don't miss Bela so much as I miss the idea of her - you know, a character who is in the hunters' world, but not really a part of it. Bela herself was written very badly; it would have been difficult to fix that if she hadn't died.
