Lack of inspiration

I am totally uninspired this week :-(

I'm struggling to finish this Sentinel fic I promised to betagoddess ages ago. It's not a bad fic, and it lives in my head, but the words just won't come. I haven't watched any Supernatural for two weeks 'cause that show screws up my Blair-voice. I've tried music, I've tried Dante's Peak (don't ask me why, but that movie nearly always gets me writing) and...still nothing.

Maybe it's just a bad week.

Poppi had her operation on Tuesday and she's been pretty miserable since. No surprise. She perked up a little today, though.

Next week the builders are finally coming to repair our kitchen roof. Apparently they found asbestos in it, and there are only two firms in Wales who can deal with that. Apparently. Sounds like smoke to me, but... We have to clear out of the house completely while the work is done - not a problem for me as I'll be working but I'm not sure what Mum will do. Or the dogs.

Okay. I'm gonna dig out my Sentinel DVDs and give this thing the old college try.
