missyjack. It really captures the emotions and tensions of this season of SPN.
You know what I really, really, love about fanfic? The way someone can take everything we see on screen and turn it into words in a way that makes the canon shiny and new. The way someone can watch the same show I'm watching and say stuff that I already know, but phrase it in a way that makes it click in a whole new way for me.
In this fic, it was these few lines ( and, seriously, go read the fic before you click on the cut, okay? Trust me. )
