Summary: After a hunt that went horribly wrong, John wakes up in a California hospital. It's thirteen years later, everyone he trusted seems to be dead, and he has no idea how to find his sons. Meanwhile, unknown to John, Dean's time is running out.

Spoilers: Up to Jus In Bello. I shouldn't even mention how much this chapter was "Jossed" by the season finale. Actually, I was surprised by how close I got. After watching the finale, I was tempted to make a few changes to this chapter, just small things to bring it more into line with the canon. But, no. This is my vision of how it might have gone down; I'm gonna let it stand.
