Random Stargate observations

I’m into season 6 now on my Stargate SG-1 re-watch. I remember enjoying parts of S6 before, but I also remember the fandom conversation - because it’s the season without Daniel (mostly) - being pretty toxic on the original broadcast. It’s a lot more fun without all that in the back of my head, 

I totally have a crush on Sam. Maybe not so much the actress, but Sam is awesome. Something about brains plus a really big gun… 

Watched Abyss last night. Ascended Daniel is a moron. (Then again, the whole ascension thing comes off as pretty stupid.)

I’m almost at the episode I need to see to figure out my Phoenix sequel. If it’s as I remember it, I may have a really great fic to write. What are the chances my memory is that good?
